Exchange Policy

At Auri Petra, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. Eligible items may be exchanged in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unmodified, and in original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, resizing, engraving, or alteration.
- Original packaging, order confirmation email, and any certificates of authenticity (if applicable) are required.
- Items that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged:
- Custom-designed or special-order jewelry
- Engraved or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance merchandise
- Gift cards
- Services, including appraisals or repairs
Gift Exchanges
- Gift items may be exchanged for store credit only when accompanied by the original gift order number or packing slip.
- Store credit is issued as a digital store credit code, redeemable exclusively at AuriPetra.com.
- Store credit has no cash value and is non-refundable.
Watch Exchanges
- Watches must be returned unworn and include all original packaging, warranty cards, and instruction booklets.
- Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered are not eligible for exchange but may qualify for repair services.
Exchange Process
- Email our customer service team at adminpetra@auripetra.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Securely repackage your item and include your RAN and original order details.
- Ship the item to the return address provided in your authorization email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Auri Petra is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Exchange Value Differences
- If the replacement item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid prior to shipment.
- If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
- Exchange items ship only after the original item has been received and inspected.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on eligible exchanges.
