Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment
At Auri Petra, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer convenient return and exchange options to ensure your peace of mind.
General Return Guidelines
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original order confirmation email and any certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage (including sizing or engraving) are not eligible for return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive and inspect your return.
Gift Returns
- Gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit only when accompanied by the gift order number or packing slip.
- Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital store credit code, valid for future purchases at AuriPetra.com.
Special Orders and Custom Jewelry
- Special orders, custom-designed jewelry, or engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Any modification to an original design may void eligibility for return.
Watches
- Watches must be returned in unworn condition, with all original packaging, warranty cards, and instruction booklets included.
- Worn or resized watches may be accepted for repair but are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Online Purchase
- Contact our customer service team at adminpetra@auripetra.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Repackage your item securely and include your RAN and original order details.
- Ship your item to the return address provided in your authorization email.
Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanged items must meet all return eligibility criteria.
- Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- Items requested for exchange will ship once the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final clearance merchandise
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Gift cards
- Services such as appraisals or repairs
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
